The Mission
From March 19-23, 2025, hundreds of abolitionists from all over the country gathered in our nation’s capital to engage the public and demand our representatives’ repentance for their protection and support of child sacrifice. The event was hosted by Abolitionists Rising.
The mission was this: our government represents its people, and we the people demand the criminalization of abortion in every state of this country, without exception or compromise.
Our nation’s leaders swore an oath before God, with their hand on His word, to uphold the U.S. Constitution. This constitution of ours includes the Fourteenth Amendment, which ensures the protection of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and our leaders have broken this oath by legally sanctioning the murder of millions of human beings for 53 years.
As God’s people, we showed up to rally support for a petition that included these demands and to call upon our leaders to repent for this government-sanctioned modern Holocaust and breaking their oath, and for the church apathetically allowing it to happen as well.
“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

53 Years of Legal Murder
The U.S. Supreme Court established the legal right to abortion in the landmark case Roe v. Wade on January 22, 1973. Though Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022 with the Dobbs Decision, this year marks 53 years of legally protected abortion in this nation.
While Dobbs v. Jackson overturned the formerly established Roe v. Wade, this SCOTUS decision allows states to make their own decision on the matter, rather than a federal precedence being set.
The states are now free to constitutionally enshrine murder into their laws, (which violates the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States), or they could decide not to ratify child sacrifice, and “end abortion” in that state.
To some this may seem like a win; states can now get rid of abortion! The problem is this: the states that have voted against constitutional protection of abortion have only done so with surgical abortions, which has increased the number of chemical abortions massively in those states. Even more children are dying in those states now than under Roe.
This is the fruit of the incremental bills of partiality put forward by pro-life organizations in these states. Regulating child sacrifice only keeps it around longer. Making exceptions for how we kill babies in these states is not a win; they are still being killed—and at a much higher rate now.
Look at any state in this nation where we have “banned abortion”, a pregnant woman can order an abortion pill from any other pro-life state in the country, walk up to a police officer and eat it right in his face. It would however be a horrendous crime if someone else gave her the pill unknowingly.
In states that do have constitutional protections for murder, like my own state of Ohio, you can pick your poison (not limited to poison pills) and reason for wanting to kill your baby (as long as they are hidden behind their mother’s skin still, the second after that they suddenly become worthy of protection).

75+ Million Murdered
The question of how many abortions happen per year in the U.S. is a tricky one. Depending on the stats you are looking at, it could be anywhere from 622,000+ or 1,000,000+.
The actual numbers are unknown, as statistics only consider documented surgical abortions, not at-home chemical abortions, which now, after Dobbs, make up significantly more than half of all abortions.
Another layer of confusion is that some reports rely partly on voluntary reporting, like Guttmacher. There is no mandated reporting to them. CDC reports do not require all states to report any longer, and some states with traditionally higher numbers of reported abortions are now not included in their statistics.
So while we have no way of knowing for certain, the documented number right now hovers around 75,000,000 total abortions in our nation since the establishment of Roe V. Wade. The actual number is much, much higher.
For 53 years, we have legally allowed the murder of 75,000,000 innocent children on our soil through surgical abortion alone.
Recent statistics place us at around 1,000,000 annually. That is roughly the population of Delaware being murdered under the protection of the law in our country per year!
Can you imagine if the whole state of Delaware were executed each year? The public outcry would be immense.
God judges and destroys nations that commit child sacrifice, and my dear friend, we are making our pagan predecessors blush right now. Praise God for His longsuffering and mercy towards us, it truly is not only undeserved, but ill-deserved.
The Judgement of God
There was another point in American history where society at large looked at a particular class of human beings and said- “I know it looks like a human, it’s not; it’s a black man. We can treat him as sub-human, we can even buy and sell him as property.” And we wrote that wickedness into our law.
Much the same rhetoric is used against our preborn neighbors today: “They are parasites”, “They aren’t fully human”, “If you don’t want an abortion (slave), don’t have one”, “My body (my plantation), my prerogative”.
You know who stood up in the face of the majority of society and said, “These are fellow image-bearers of God, they are valuable and worthy of dignity and respect and protection just like you and I”?
You guessed it; it was the church.
The Christian abolitionists of that time took on the majority and fought not only from reason or logical argumentation, but by applying God’s word to our society and letting them know what God says about enslaving and abusing human beings, even to death.
The abolitionists of the 19th century saw in God’s word that God judges nations that practice such things, and that was their message.
One of the most famous abolitionists of the time was William Lloyd Garrison, founder of the Liberator Newspaper. In his debut of the paper, he wrote;
“I am aware that many object to the severity of my language; but is there not cause for severity? I will be as harsh as truth, and as uncompromising as justice. On this subject, I do not wish to think, or speak, or write, with moderation. No! No! Tell a man whose house is on fire to give a moderate alarm… but urge me not to use moderation in a cause like the present. I am in earnest—I will not equivocate—I will not excuse—I will not retreat a single inch—AND I WILL BE HEARD.”
Garrison was no prophet, but his predictions of divine judgment were vindicated. We did not abolish this national wickedness of slavery, and God judged us with the Civil War.
Garrison wrote in The Liberator (1838):
“If they persist in maintaining this bloody system at all hazards, and in despite of all entreaty, warning, and rebuke, the day of retribution will come, and its judgments will be poured out without mixture of mercy.”
God’s word and law are still abiding and active and will not be winked at, whether 2,000 years ago, 200 years ago, or this very day.

We are again under the judgment of God in this nation, and we must turn away from this wickedness before God tears down this society like He has done to so many other pagan nations in the past.
We all look back on these great evils that have occurred in the past, where human beings were slaughtered on mass (like the holocaust or American chattel slavery), and we say, “I would’ve been the one to stand up against that evil!”
Well, it’s happening again, and where do you stand?
Now What?
So what are we to do about this?
Child sacrifice is a sin issue, so I ask you, who has the remedy for sin?— Jesus Christ, through His gospel message.
We, God’s people, pray. We beseech the Lord of Glory and thank Him for His sustaining hand, and plead that He would turn the hearts of our leaders whom he has appointed to do right before Him.
It is within His wheelhouse to do that very thing; “The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; He turns it wherever He will.” Proverbs 21:1


We Christ’s hands and feet on earth, have been entrusted with this gospel message, we must call upon our leaders to turn away and repent of this evil; and like Nineveh, God will have mercy on us and forgive our wicked deeds, and heal our land.

We the church, the same one that stood up to the national wickedness that our society and leaders committed in the 18th and 19th centuries on this same soil, must bring the gospel of grace into conflict with the culture of death.
We the people demand abolition. Without compromise, in all 50 of this nation’s states. We will not tolerate regulations that simply keep it around and heap more of God’s judgment upon us all.
