God’s Hatred of Sin and the Coming Judgment

January 18, 2021 by Allen Nelson IV

Since God is unchangeably holy, His hatred of sin has not changed. God will always have an intense hatred for sin. One day, Christ will return to judge the nations, and those who have not bowed the knee to the Lord of hosts will suffer His great wrath. Revelation 14:19–20 says, So the angel swung […]

A Letter to a Soul Seeking Jesus: #1

This series is a group of six letters written by Robert Murray M’Cheyenne contained in The Memoirs and Remains of Robert Murray M’Cheyene by Andrew Bonar. Psalm 119:129-132 — Into The Light

God is glorified by His giving of more and more grace. It magnifies God’s benevolence and kindness in the eyes of creatures when He expresses pity on them and blesses them with still more grace. Oh, how many Christians will go to Heaven and only realize there that there was more grace available in this life had they only asked. God will never run out and you can never exhaust His grace! Too often we don’t ask for more grace because we don’t feel we deserve it.

We never deserve it. That’s why we call it grace. It is not earned. It’s granted by a good and merciful Savior.

Conference on Suffering: An Interview with Andrew Rappaport

I “worked” for Striving for Eternity (paid in sushi and pizza) for a few years with the role or organizing and emceeing the “Fire” conferences on evangelism. I know the heart of Striving for Eternity and fully […]
