Things Above Us (Col 3:1-2) is committed to producing content that unashamedly points our readers to the Person and work of Jesus Christ and the spreading of His Gospel to every tribe, tongue, and nation. As jars of clay, we have dedicated our lives to the work of Evangelism, Missions, Pastoral Ministry, and Theology. We like sports, too.
We believe that Scripture is the complete revelation for men and the final authority for the Christian faith and life (Revelation 22:18-19, Psalm 19:7-9). We interpret God’s Word with the grammatical-historical hermeneutic employing baptistic covenant theology. Together, we affirm the five “solas” of the Reformation, as well as the Doctrines of Grace, also known as TULIP. We stand together in affirming The Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy and The Danver’s Statement on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.
